Tess offers massage that is geared toward your individual needs, utilizing her skills in deep tissue, sports massage therapy, neuromuscular and trigger point therapies, as well as prenatal and geriatric massage. In addition to these, she has training in emotional clearing and life coaching. She is constantly learning and applying new techniques to aid in the rehabilitation of injuries and simply to help people feel great.

Tess' extra interests are in nutrition and outdoor activities; she enjoys whole foods nutrition, gourmet raw food "cooking", yoga, hiking, kayaking, bicycling and swimming.
