Tess Golden-Orr, Honolulu Massage Therapist License #10398, has been practicing massage for over 6 years. Her passion for supporting people achieve their optimum health led her, in 2003, to her education at Body Mind College in San Diego, CA.

Tess offers massage that is geared toward your individual needs, utilizing her skills in deep tissue, sports massage therapy, neuromuscular and trigger point therapies, as well as prenatal and geriatric massage. In addition to these, she has training in emotional clearing and life coaching. She is constantly learning and applying new techniques to aid in the rehabilitation of injuries and, simply, to help people feel great.

Tess' extra interests are in nutrition and outdoor activities; she enjoys whole foods nutrition, gourmet raw food "cooking", yoga, hiking, kayaking, bicycling, and swimming.
